Holmewood Outreach Advice Service
The aims of the service are to provide a comprehensive welfare benefits and debt service to the residents of the Holmewood, Bierley and Tyersal that is:

  • Independent
  • Impartial
  • Confidential
  • Accessible
  • Promotes equal opportunities
If you are not a resident within the BD4 area or registered with a G.P within the area, we will refer you to your local advice service

Outreach Advice Sessions

Please note all advice sessions are subject to change, if you require further information please contact the Advice Service between 9.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday.
All Advice sessions are wheelchair accessible. We also provide home visits to those who are unable to access the service due to health reasons.
 
Quality Service - We hold the general quality mark for welfare benefits and debt including casework. This means we have to work to set standards set by The Legal Service Commission.
 
Complaints/Suggestions –We are constantly looking at ways to improve our service, therefore if you have any suggestions or complaints please contact our administrator.
